Color: Straw, pale and brilliant.
Aroma: limpid, elegant and sharp. Reminiscent of breadcrumbs and yeast.
Taste: Light, dry, frank and flavorful. Reminiscent of dried fruit. Long on the palate.
This "Fino" is especially indicated as an aperitif and to accompany Mediterranean gastronomy.
