Visual
Intense greenish-yellow color, very fine carbonic, clear and brilliant.
Nose
Medium intensity, with notes of white flowers, aromatic herbs and light balsamic notes. With citrus notes (grapefruit and lemon peel), mineral aromas of flint and stone.
Tasting
Fresh on the palate, with good acidity and smoothness. Fruity and balanced on the palate, with an elegant, bitter finish.
