Made from the flowering grapes of our oldest vineyards.
The vines are grown in sandy-loam, granitic and slightly acidic soils.
Denomination of origin: D.O. Rías Baixas.
Production and harvest
100% Albariño (12.5% alc.)
Controlled fermentation at 16ºC for 21 days.
Once finished, the thick lees are removed and it is aged on its fine lees, stirring weekly for 1 year.
After aging, it remains in stainless steel tanks for a further 4 years, before finally being stabilized and bottled.
Tasting
Straw-yellow color with intense greenish tones, slightly golden.
Medium intensity, with aromas of aromatic herbs (laurel, rosemary), spices (cumin) and infusions (tea, chamomile). With hints of frosted fruit and an elegant lees background.
Fresh on the palate, with good acidity. Unctuous, fat, with ripe fruit notes and toasty tones. Mineral and saline aftertaste.
Drink with moderation. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health.
