Grape varieties Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlotfrom traditionally grown vines over 20 years old. The property is located at 900 meters above sea level on clay and limestone soils on limestone bedrock less than a meter from the surface.
The grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg crates. The grapes then pass through a selection table into steel vats, where they are kept cold, with slow alcoholic fermentation at 27º and then aged in 50% American and 50% French oak barrels for 16 months.
The result is a powerful, fruity wine with elegance and finesse.

On the palate, savory, fruity, toasty, ripe tannins.
