The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented separately in small vats for 10 days at a temperature always below 28ºC. They were then aged separately in French oak barrels for 6 months before the final blend was made.
This wine offers intense aromas of blackberries and cherries, with delicate notes of nutmeg and aniseed. The tannins are elegant and well-integrated, with notes of dried thyme, good acidity and a persistent finish.
