Rosario Vera is a wine made from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards aged between 15 and 60 years, located in Laguardia on clay-rich limestone soils.
After harvest, each plot is vinified separately in stainless steel vats for 15 days, under temperature control not exceeding 27°C. Once the best parcels have been blended, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it is then aged for 10 months.
