This Spanish red wine, made with Monastrell grapes, comes from vines over 40 years old. Planted in shallow, chalky, stone-covered soil in a dry, extreme climate, these grape varieties produce very low yields, resulting in a complex, highly concentrated wine.
Jumilla red wine has an attractive, intense cherry color, with hints of violet. The powerful aroma of ripe, roasted red fruit with toasty notes gives this ripe, greedy wine great structure, with a good, persistent entry on the palate. The harmonious balance between fruit, alcohol and wood makes this AOC Jumilla red wine a pleasure to drink.
Consume with moderation. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health.
