AOC Jumilla
Grape variety: 60% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah
15% Vol.
75 Cl
aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
Made mainly with the Monastrell grape variety from old vines at an altitude of 700 meters. Production per boletus is very low, resulting in highly concentrated grapes with enormous organoleptic complexity.
Intense cherry color with garnet rim and powerful aroma of ripe black fruit and balsamic notes. Complex and well-structured, unctuous and ripe, pleasant on the palate and very persistent with notes of cocoa and spices. Balanced and harmonious, tasty with elegant length on the palate thanks to the softness of its noble tannins of very ripe fruit.
Drink with moderation. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health.
