Covered garnet-red color, clean and very bright. High layer.
Intense, very complex. Dark, roasted fruit aromas. Mineral, roasted and balsamic touches surrounded by fine spicy notes. Very elegant and persistent. The fruit is very well combined with the wood and appears with great quality.
Fat, round and silky texture. Very good volume on the palate, with firm, ripe tannins. Smooth, with a long finish.
Accompanies game meats, as well as pork and lamb. Rock fish and grilled tuna. Rice, sausages, mature cheeses, blue cheeses, mushrooms.
