100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra ham, sliced with a knife, from farms in the Extremadura region.

This ham is certified DOP Dehesa de Extremadura, the organization that oversees the quality of the region's Iberian hams.
The pigs are of purebred Iberian origin and are raised free-range in oak forests, where they feed exclusively on acorns, roots and herbs.
Each animal will eat between 8 and 10 kg of acorns a day, and will exercise a lot. This promotes the infiltration of fat into the muscles.

Senorio de Montanera ham is of exceptional quality.

It is one of the hams bearing the "DOP Dehesa de Extremadura" label, and is subject to very strict production rules.
This is a purebred Iberian ham with a diet rich in acorns.
The ham is raised in Extremadura, the cradle of the Iberian pig.
Maturation is totally natural, between 36 and 48 months, which combined with the feed and the 100% Iberian breed results in exceptional pieces of ham.
This ham has been cut with a knife by professionals.
