The breed is 100% Iberian, so this is a ham with the appetite of Pata Negra Bellota Ham.
The ham is matured naturally for 36 to 48 months. No artificial means are used to dry the hams.
The only ingredients in this ham are ham and salt. No nitrite and no preservatives.
So it's a 100% natural ham.
From the rearing to the final curing of the ham, everything is done in harmony with nature.
