Each animal feeds solely on acorns, grasses and roots in large areas certified for the breeding of Iberian bellota pigs.
Maturation is also totally natural. Approximately 24 months, or two years of rest in cellars where there is only natural air circulation.
Each Pata Negra Iberian shoulder from this production will have a black strap to certify it as 100% Pata Negra Bellota Iberian.
