Sierra de Barbedillo 50% Iberian shoulder comes from grass- and grain-fed animals raised in the oak forests of south-west Spain.
The area's microclimate is ideal for breeding Iberian pigs and also for maturing. With a very dry climate, the pieces age naturally in the cellars. No mechanical means are used.
The result is a shoulder with exceptional flavor and excellent value for money.
