Iberian Cebo de Campo Shoulder from Andalusia WITHOUT ADDITIVES with a very good quality/price ratio. Comes from farms in the region of the province of Huelva in Andalusia which is very famous for the breeding of Iberian pigs.
No additives are used to produce this shoulder. No nitrites or preservatives.
The maturing is done naturally without mechanical means in buildings in the Sierra in Andalusia where the shoulders are matured for between 20 and 24 months.
Cebo de Campo is a classification that indicates that the pigs are raised free range and fed on grass and cereals.
It is a very good, completely natural shoulder, both in terms of the ingredients and its gentle maturation with the climate of the Sierra: always dry but very cold in winter and very hot in summer.
