100% Iberian Bellota Pata Negra shoulder.

Raised free-range in the oak forests of Andalusia and fed on herbs, cereals and acorns. The farms and ageing cellars are located in the Sierra de Huelva, renowned for producing the finest Pata Negra hams.
The pig herds are free-range in oak forests where each animal will have at least 10,000 m2. So 100 pigs will be in 1,000,000 m2.
The hams are matured for around 24 months in the beautiful century-old cellars of Cinco Jotas 5J.
