Made from 100% Iberian pigs, which offer a harmony of organoleptic qualities and a characteristic aromatic richness. This is the result of the breed as well as the acorn-based diet and natural grazing in oak forests, where there is a maximum of one pig per hectare. But above all, it's the result of a very slow, totally artisanal production process, based on the micro-climates of the Sierra de Huelva.
This style of farming and production has a long history that goes back hundreds of years. Nothing has changed over time. Everything remains ancestral: breeding, production and maturing.
