The pigs are pure Iberian breeds and are raised freely in oak forests where they feed exclusively on acorns, roots and grass.
Each animal will eat between 8 and 10 kg of acorns per day and will do a lot of exercise. This promotes the infiltration of acorns into the muscles.

Senorio de Montanera ham has an exceptional quality.
We are talking about a Spanish ham of pure Iberian breed with a diet very rich in acorns.
The breeding takes place in the region of Extremadura which is the cradle of the Iberian pig breed.
The curing is completely natural, between 36 and 48 months, which combined with the diet and the 100% Iberian breed gives exceptional pieces of ham.
Ingredients: 100% Iberian bellota ham, salt, preservatives (E-252 and E-250) and antioxidants (E-301).
