100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra organic ham from the Extremadura region in southwest Spain.
This ham is produced in a 100% organic system. The forests are certified for rearing BIO Iberian bellota pigs. This means that the ecosystem must be rich in oak trees with high glans production, and free from pesticides and contamination.
The only ingredient added to this ham is salt. No additives and no nitrites.

Certified organic 100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra ham.
This ham has no additives and the only ingredients are ham and salt.
The ham comes from pigs raised in the oak forests of southern Spain. Each animal feeds solely on acorns, herbs and roots in large tracts of land that are certified organic and also certified for the breeding of Iberian bellota pigs.
Maturation is also totally natural, lasting around 40 months.
This ham has a green seal certifying it as ORGANIC and a black seal certifying it as 100% Iberian Pata Negra Bellota.
