High quality Cebo de Campo Iberian pork shoulder from Andalusia without additives
This shoulder has been made with 50% Iberian pigs raised completely free-range and with a diet based on grass, roots and cereals. The places where water and food are located are separated by at least 100 meters so that the pigs can work their muscles. Totally artisanal production without additives and without any mechanical means of curing based on the microclimate of the Sierra de Huelva. This gives this Iberian shoulder an exceptional flavor compared to other Iberian shoulders with the same characteristics.
