Discover "presa ibérica" meat, one of the most prized parts of the Iberian pig.

The "presa" is found between the shoulder and the neck of the pig.
Our "presa" comes from 100% free-range Iberian pigs fed on acorns. It comes from the 5j Cinco Jotas brand, reputed to make one of the best "Pata Negra" hams.
This acorn-rich diet combined with a 100% Iberian breed produces exceptional meat.
The best presa is the one sold frozen, as all acorn-eating pigs are sacrificed in February-March. All this meat can be sold throughout the year.
Fresh "presa", bought the rest of the year, comes from pigs fed with artificial feed and raised in confinement.
