Our filet mignon comes from free-range Iberian pigs. It should be noted that the best Iberian meat is frozen, as it comes from free-range animals that are sacrificed around March.
This product is sent frozen and you will receive it defrosted, so it cannot be frozen.

Chronofresh shipping is recommended unless ordered with a ham on the bone, in which case it will be sent isothermally.
If you order for Chronorelais delivery, it will also be sent in an isotherm, and you will need to collect it as soon as it arrives.
Iberian pork tenderloin can be grilled or baked. In the same way as you usually do the filet mignon.
