This product will arrive defrosted if you choose standard shipment by Chronopost or Chronofresh. If you opt for a deep-frozen shipment, please ensure that your order contains only pluma.

Our pluma comes from 100% free-range Iberian pigs fed on acorns. It comes from the 5j Cinco Jotas brand, renowned for making some of the finest Pata Negra hams.
This acorn-rich diet combined with a 100% Iberian breed produces exceptional meat.
The best pluma is the one sold frozen, as all acorn-eating pigs are sacrificed in February-March. All this meat is sold throughout the year. Fresh pluma, purchased for the rest of the year, comes from pigs fed with artificial feed and raised in confinement.
