It's a very good chorizo, not piquant, made in Spain with a know-how of this type of product.
We recommend that you prepare this chorizo open in half on the barbecue so that it transpires the fat.
You can also cut it into slices for cooking. If you prefer to cook the chorizo whole without opening it, remember to prick it with a fork.
This is an excellent product to include in your barbecues.
