100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra organic ham from the Extremadura region in southwest Spain.
This ham is produced in a 100% organic system. The forests are certified for rearing BIO Iberian bellota pigs. This means that the ecosystem must be rich in oak trees with high glans production, and free from pesticides and contamination.
The only ingredient added to this ham is salt. No additives and no nitrites.

The pigs are pure Iberian breeds and are raised freely in oak forests where they feed exclusively on acorns, roots and grass.

Naturally cured for around 24 months, this shoulder has a melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich aromas characteristic of the finest Iberian charcuterie.
