Boned ham in pieces. Jambon Serrano Protected Geographical Indication "Jambon de Trevelez". The Trevelez ham we offer is a Serrano ham with no preservatives. The only ingredients are ham and sea salt. What's more, we select Trevelez "Etiqueta Negra" ham, which is the highest quality, with a minimum curing period of 23 months.
The production area is located in the province of Granada in the Sierra Nevada at altitudes between 1200 and 1750. The climate is very dry and cold in winter, with hot summers. The microclimate and purity of the air in Trévelez are conducive to totally artisanal ham-making, with no artificial additives.
