BIO-certified 100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra boneless ham.
This ham has no additives and the only ingredients are ham and salt.
The ham comes from pigs raised in the oak forests of southern Spain. Each animal feeds solely on acorns, herbs and roots in large tracts of land that are certified organic and also certified for breeding Iberian bellota pigs.
Maturation is also totally natural, lasting between 36 and 48 months.
This boneless ham has a green seal certifying it as organic, and a black seal certifying it as 100% Iberian Pata Negra Bellota.
We recommend that you cut the ham cold, but eat it at room temperature.
Pata Negra Bellota 100% Iberian hams are fatty but have an extraordinary taste.
