Iberian bellota ham from 50% free-range Iberian pigs. Feed is based on acorns, herbs and roots. Each animal feeds on around 8-10 kg of acorns a day, and walks many kilometers during the day, which gives this ham its exceptional taste.
The 50% Iberian hams are less fatty than the 100% Iberian hams, but are also very tasty.
This Iberian ham comes from the Extremadura region, where you'll find hams of the highest quality.
Maturation is totally natural, without any mechanical means, and takes place exclusively in maturing cellars.
