Iberian bellota ham from 50% Iberian pigs that have been raised in freedom. The diet is based on acorns, grass and roots. Each animal will eat about 8-10 kg of acorns per day and walk many kilometers during the day which will give an exceptional taste to this ham.
50% Iberian hams are less fatty than 100% Iberian hams but are also very tasty.
This Iberian ham comes from the southwest region of Spain where you can find excellent quality hams.
The refining is completely natural without any mechanical means and exclusively in refining cellars.
