This "coppa" has been made from the best 100% Iberian pigs that have been raised free-range and fed with acorns in the oak forests of the Extremadura region.
Each pig will have a minimum of one hectare to feed on acorns, roots and grass. This diet will give an exceptional taste to this "coppa".
