This "coppa" is made from the finest 100% Iberian pigs, raised in the wild and fed on acorns in the oak forests of Extremadura.
Each pig will have a minimum of one hectare to feed on acorns, roots and herbs. This diet gives the "coppa" its exceptional taste.
Infused with fat and sliced very thinly, this is one of the best Iberian pork cured meats you'll ever taste.
