During the maturing process and with the expertise of the "chacinero master", a unique lomo will emerge from the maturing cellars.
Señorío de Montanera Iberian lomo has a marbled appearance with slight infiltrations of fat. Its flavor is marked by hints of paprika, characteristic of traditional Extremadura products. Its texture is deliciously juicy, thanks to the natural intramuscular fat of pure Iberian products, giving it an exceptional flavor.
Ingredients: Pure acorn-fed Iberian pork loin, salt, paprika, sugar (saccharose), spices and spice extracts, dextrose, preservatives (E-252 and E-250), antioxidant (E-301).
