The Iberian loin is one of the noblest parts of the Iberian pig. Its natural preparation begins in the workshop, where the top quality meat from 100% Iberian pigs fed with galnds, are selected and prepared to guarantee the optimum qualities of a gourmet product. During the maturation process and the expertise of the "master chacinero", a unique loin will come out of the maturation cellars.
The Señorío de Montanera Iberian Loin has a marbled appearance with slight infiltrations of fat. Its flavor is marked by notes of paprika, characteristic of traditional Extremadura productions. Its texture is deliciously juicy, thanks to the natural intramuscular fat of pure Iberian products, which gives it an exceptional flavor.
