Iberian chorizo is one of the most representative flavors of the Spanish gastronomy tradition. Its natural preparation begins in the workshop, where the meats and lean of superior quality from pigs of 100% Iberian breed fed with galnds, are selected and prepared to guarantee the optimal qualities of a gastronomic product. During the maturation process and the expertise of the "master chacinero" a unique product will come out of the maturation cellars.
The Iberian chorizo Señorío de Montanera has a marbled appearance, with a predominance of lean meat, and colours ranging from the most intense reds to bright purples, with slight almond nuances, typical of the noble pieces used in its preparation. Its aroma is warm and enveloping and its flavour is marked by notes of paprika and garlic, characteristic of traditional Extramadura productions. Its texture is deliciously juicy, thanks to the natural intramuscular fat of pure Iberian products, which gives it an exceptional flavour.
